"We have booked this hotel a few times based on its proximity to Lincoln Center. The location is perfect! The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. It has been consistent each time we've stayed here. It has become our go-to hotel for trips to Lincoln Center!"

"Room was spare, but clean. No coffee. TV only showed local stations, no streaming. During shower, water would just stop for half a minute, then start up again. Would happen 3-4 times during every shower. Water was at least hot. General feel that hotel public rooms were not being maintained - paint chipped and worn - looked a bit seedy. Not worth the price, although the location is great, right in the middle of the theatre district. No doorman or any help from the staff. Like a motel."

El hotel estuvo muy limpio y nada ruidoso, en las mañanas te incluye café gratis en el lobby, el personal amable aún que no tuve mucha interacción con ellos pero definitivamente voy a regresar, el precio es justo .. y plus pude dejar mis maletas después del check out casi todo el día y solo tuve que pagar una propina , 100% contenta con mi...

"Room was nice. There is a restaurant with a bar on site, higher priced. Food was good, we had dinner there 1 evening. You need to buy a parking permit, it's $35 a day, I was under the impression parking was free so that was a surprise. Many options for breakfast/dinner within walking distance, which was nice."

"Clean room and clean hotel overall. I see staff constantly cleaning and even in the breakfast room, they have a couple of guys always cleaning up. Breakfast was descent. Unfortunately the food was always the same. I stayed for a week and each day was the same but enough selections and plenty of room inside. Just a heads up. The hotel is right by a busy road. Try not to pass your entrance to hotel."
