"Es una joyita escondida entre la cantidad de hoteles que hay en la zona. Posiblemente a simple vista no se nota lo que se va a encontrar al abrir la puerta de la habitación. Muy bueno, bastante limpip, bien equipado!!"

"The check in and check out process was excellent. The townhouse was not cleaned. We found hair everywhere and dirty linen that was supposed to be clean. Floor had spillage that we mopped up. Also we found numerous of roaches and bugs in the house."

"The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on. It should have been replaced several years ago, the furniture was disgusting, we didnt even sit on it. I bought a blanket to use on the bed, as the one we had was stained with something. The...

"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos.
The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude.
Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home...
