Hotel accepted booking and next day we were kick out letting us know that hotel was sold and we had to leave, no option were given and Cheaptikets never anwered calls nor have refund the hotel charges.

COVID guidelines not followed in lobby

Check in took a really long time. There was a family of 5 sitting in the lobby al laughing, talking, playing without masks on the entire 30-40 mins I waited to get checked in. The front desk staff did nothing about it. The room was musty and dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there. It was late coming back from Disney but I would never stay again.

The hotel closed unexpectedly which caused us to have to scramble to find a new hotel in 45 minutes because we were already on our trip.

It was the worst experience of my life. They took us out of the hotel and left us on the street, with my minor son. According to them, the hoywl was sold and we had to be out the same Thursday at 4pm. Forcing me to find another hotel on such a difficult weekend, in a country that is not ours. I had to pay twice to stay in another hotel, this affected my travel budget. I had the most time of my life.

The hotel was closed upon arrival due to a new owner bought the place and shot it down. Because of this I had to find another hotel which I paid way more . Not a good vacation with family.

Hotel was sold to a new owner. Kicked everyone out without refund. 04/01/2021 @ 4pm. Said that we had to leave hotel by 12am because they were shutting down the power. No explanation was given to visitors!

It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get in to a room after checking in because they gave us keys to a room that already had people in it. Luckily the security guard helped us out because the check in lady left at midnight

Front desk staff was fantastic, the room itself was..something. Had 2 queen beds and 1 had stained sheets/hair on it and the other was clean. Tub had some..hairs (if you know what I mean) left behind, toilet wouldn’t flush easily. Had to push the lever down very hard for it to actually flush. Door key always took a few times to actually get let in. Also check out time is 11am but at 10:05am housekeeping tried coming in the room while we were packing then spoke rudely about how time was up in Spanish (which my fiancé speaks). 5/10. No bugs, just hairs, hard keys and toilets, and rude housekeeping.

Smell clean stay

As soon as we walked in the room it smelled really clean and sanitized. Got therr at 10 so didnt get to enjoy the pool 🙄

The staff was wonderful, check in was easy, called for extra towels and pillows and they promptly delivered them. They have fire pits in the back and all you do is call the front desk and let them know you are at the fire pit they come out and light it for you. One of the three pools and the hot tub were closed, but we made do with the two others. They had movies at the pool each night and had a small bar open at the main pool. The clientel was sketchy, most smoking pot out in the open, the smell was horrible. Over all it was a pleasant stay and we would do it again. This was our 6th or 7th stay, last one was 8 years ago.

The hotel was in an awesome area but it needs a lot of attention as far as upgrades . My room was muggy , roaches crawling everywhere and dead bed bugs .. Once they upgrade I would not mind staying there.

Normally Great!

Normally my husband and I LOVE staying here, but this time....first thing: the front lobby check in gave me a key to a room already occupied. After he told me unless I wanted to change room types I couldn't get a first floor room for my husband(who is a disabled Veteran). However mysteriously when I had to go back to the lobby to get an unoccupied room, we got a first floor. The drawers were broken in our dresser. We'll try again at a later date. This time going to try somewhere else.
