"I booked a last minute stay here and it was excellent. All staff that I spoke with were kind and extremely helpful. The pool hours are long and I was able to utilize it in the early morning prior to it being busy, which was really enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again."

"Property was clean. Staff very friendly. AC wasn’t working properly, fixed it promptly. Parking was a bit of a challenge, would be better to have assigned parking spots. Second time staying here would stay again! 9/10."

"It really does feel like IHG is just buying up old properties slapping on some paint and trying to rebrand them as their properties. As such, we will no longer be using IHG properties at all. This is the second property we have stayed at in the Orlando area, that was absolutely trash! The place smells of mildew and the rooms were not clean or appointed well at all. It was far overpriced for the accommodations we received. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I have ever seen laid out....

"This hotel was okay. It was safe and clean, but more run down than anticipated. Lighting was dim and everything felt worn out and outdated. Breakfast was fine enough, with scrambled eggs and sausage each morning, along with old bagels, muffins, a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, and watered down oatmeal. The breakfast staff was so kind and helpful.
We intentionally selected this hotel based on the amenities included, and we were disappointed to learn the main pool was closed, the splash pad didn’t...
