"This is the second stay in less than one year. We had a great experience. We appreciate the staff's effort. Breakfast was great. Just 2 things I hope to see. First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide
The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents.

"Easily accessible to gate 79 (kaba entrance). Beautiful, clean hotel with great facilities. Stayed for one night on 26th July 2025 before return to London. Reception staff, and concierge staff were fantastic. Excellent Haram views, with comfortable beds and room facilities.
