Highly recommended this hotel. It's clean and the staffs are extremely helpful. But it's about 20 minutes to the Kabab or you can use the free shuttle provided by the hotel.

So far one of the best hotels in mekka First class treatment. Staff impeccable Great reception staff Very well mannered staff and helpful I just wish they had English speaking staff in the restaurant. Very clean and well kept hotel. Definitely deserves the Radisson name. I gave them A I just wish the location was not so interior: Overall, I traveled a lot to Mekka This would be my number choice besides doubletree in Mekkah

Excellent facility but with limited access and visibility from the road. I was unable to locate the hotel for 2 hrs while within 300 metres, yet neighbours did not know the Hotel. Both Waze and Google maps couldn't show or direct foot traffic to Hotel, suggesting only car routes. Otherwise, loved the quiet, rooms and cleanliness of the facility.

Hotel price is very reasonable for it’s class. Food was good and affordable. There is a shuttle to Haram every hour. Haram is at walkable distance. I Recommend

I like the hotel and services provided, however, it’s limited in taxi traffic, unless you try uber which is also not that efficient, given the nature of how many turn up to visit Makkah

The staff's attitude is very wanting. Imagine telling them in the morning to clean your room, only to return 12 hours later, and all you get are excuses. The noises from construction around the area all night won't let you sleep, and the place is too far from the Haram, not 1.3 miles as claimed on Expedia; taxis have a hard time finding it.

The service was generally slow, when you asked for water at the restaurant, we were asked to pay for this, the food was just ok, slow service, sometimes uncooked.No assistance being provided to get a taxi to or from the station,. They could team up with a local taxi to help people new to the city. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hôtel très bien et neuf, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La chambre très confortable et avec un très joli design. Ce qui est dommage c'est que l'accès en voiture peut être difficile à cause de la rue en contre bas où très souvent des voitures bloqués la rue mais il est possible de continuer à pied en 1 minutes avec une petite pente. Mais à part ça l'hôtel et très bien. Attention il y a deux Park inn by Radisson faite bien attention de mettre la bonne adresse ( Park inn by Radisson West)

Stayed here for 5 nights,Hotel is brand new very clean.Shuttle to Haram is very handy but we used to walk,15mins to Haram if you are young but will Take another 10 mins to get to Kaaba.Room service was really good,Guy at the cafe Imran very helpful
