"I stayed in the IHG hotel in Sanya, China many years ago. I had a great experience there. I booked IHG Kuala Lumpur hoping for the same. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel design was quite outdated. The room was wet with high humidity. The bedding felt wet, the paper felt soft and wet. The large bathroom had a small shower, the vanity was old and had stains and broken decor. The lighting was inadequate. I hope an interior overhaul is underway. "

"What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient.
