The reason for the low rating is the misleading marketing of the hotel. "スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。"

"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service.
