"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"All is good as I described. The only thing I have with Expedia is that when I ordered was with breakfast included on the price as I selected. For our surprise service desk said is not included and we have been charge $50 a day for 4 days. Unfortunately I can not see in the order documents that breakfast is included or not even I selected the choice with breakfast included."

We had just gotten married and were on our honeymoon and when they found they upgraded us from a classic room to a mindblowingly beautiful suite with two bathrooms and a view of the pool. The style, decor, comfort, impeccable service made our honeymoon in Firenze wonderful. This is a WORLD CLASS HOTEL! Special shout out to fabulous Fabio for the rockstar welcome!"
