"When we checked in a representative tried to convince us to go to a presentation on other hotels. I was very tired from the trip and we just wanted to go to the room and relax. So I finally agreed to go because she was very persistent. The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but the bed was not comfortable. The food was great. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. "Very nice resort. We loved it a lot. Very nice territory. Setups, clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Two breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!. Dinner restaurants were rather disappointment.
