"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "

"Rooftop pool and gym were nice. Good location to go to nearby mall and grocery. City mall has big and cheaper price grocery. Also the mall have many restaurants and bakeries inside. 15 min walk to the Petronas towers. Room air was not good due to smoking, so the staff showed other two rooms, but still not good. Another problem is bedding and towels are so old and need to upgrade. Room cleaning staff were very helpful and did really good works to solve issues."

"24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again."

"Excellent experience with Hilton Garden Inn South from Checking In till Checked Out. Very smooth and fast Check in. We Checked in around 5pm. Rooms were clean and everything was in great working order. Room service was great too. When we had the Do not Disturb sign on we were left to ourselves and when they clean the rooms they did a fine job. Breakfast was pretty ok too though limited but no complaints. What was served was nice and an item or 2 were changed daily so its all good. Location wise its fantastic. Very pleased. A few yrs back our first experience with the Garden Inns was with the Southh’s younger sibling the Garden Inn North. Same wonderful experience. To the Mgt and Staff of Hilton Garden Inn South - Keep up the Good Work. Will definitely be staying there again if we were to visit KL again. "

"I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media."
