"Everything was amazing! A lot of Lizards & Raccoons On The Resort & You Can’t Really Access The Beach But It Was Beautiful!"

"Check-in took an hour, only three people working up front. But the facility was amazing. Food and buffets were ok. Regarding The service everyone was nice and welcoming. The beach had some seaweed but the last day was clean. They are doing their best to keep the resort clean and safe. Already planning for my next visit. I do recommend to family and friends."

"We had a few minor hiccups but overall the ground staff were excellent. We did 2 out of 3 of our party experience some travellers flu symptoms on different days/nights so that was a little unfortunate but these things happen. The restaurants booked up very fast. We wanted a day to walk around look at the menus as we checked I. Late in day 1 but by the middle of day 2 the restaurants we wanted were all booked. However, the buffet is excellent so we have no complaints regarding the food. Pools were clean. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you to Derrick our concierge and the rest of the hotel for an overall excellent week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya we’ll be back!"

Standouts were: Pascual and Luis- 2087 restaurant Alberto- 2087 pool waiter Juan, Luis, and Antonio- 2087 pool bar Antonio- Palmera Lounge We can’t wait to go back for our next anniversary! "
