"Staying at Tago was a wonderful experience! Check in was smooth and easy, our room was ready upon arrival. It was cleaned everyday with a PM turndown refresh to which the cleaning staff left desserts! They were quick to deliver for any water bottle refresh requests (and we had a lot!) Beach time was a lovely view with servers chronically checking in on you. There were plenty of seats and cabanas. I preferred the hotel restaurant (as opposed to Fara Fara), we frequented the guacamole and shrimp...

"They staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. Little disappointed that after i upgraded that i wasn't able to book dining reservations until a day or 2 being there, but it was fixed. The wait staff everywhere was welcoming and courteous. Will definitely be back. "

"Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you...

He was welcoming and attentive and even brought the kids a basket of donuts for national donut day. Worth coming back just for staff interactions. The front desk was always helpful and helped us to book transportation, car rental, excursions, seamlessly. "
