"Property is beautiful. Very large beach with resident sea turtles that swim up to you. The pool is huge! Rooms were comfy and cool. The only negative is the dining. You must make reservations for a la cart dinners and they will tell you they only have 9:00 or 9:30 times left. You have to be pushy and then they magically have an earlier opening. And when you go to your dinner more than half the restaurant is empty. "

"I loved everything, however could have used a few more bartenders at the pool bar and Skybar. We had to wait a long time for a drink."

"Picturesque hotel I booked it for my photoshoot. Location is in a more remote part of Tulum not the most accessible but on the upside food was more reasonabley priced than other hotels. The Customer service was above & beyond. "
