"Our room was wonderful and the hotel was the perfect base for our trip, but the breakfast set up was awful. Food running out, cutlery and plates, running out. Massive queues for the coffee machines etc it was chaos. For such a big hotel, it needs to be better organised. Also, when we were there they were showing one of the England games in the bar, which we were really pleased about but the bar is tiny, the screen seemed smaller than the one we had in our room and the sound was off!! Very very...

"So tired. Mattresses awful, room smelt of urine, no hot water. Water was brown. Sheets and towels were clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Whomever owns this needs to invest in it, as it has so much potential. Until they do, avoid it!"

"Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother"

"This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm."
