"Awesome location right on Castle street, everything is walkable from this Hotel. The rooms are well appointed, big, AC, comfy beds and we were lucky enough to have one of the most incredible views! Stayed for a 24 hour trip, should have stayed longer so much to do, see and enjoy :D"

"The hotel was perfectly placed with car park right next to hotel. Shops just round the corner. Plenty of bars and places to eat. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was perfect one of the nicest I have had in a long time. "

"We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One. Staff were really pleasant on both check in and check out and offered to store our bags if we needed too. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay "
