"We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!"

"Its a very basic property situated over a couple of noisy pubs, which aren't the best. The staff are the salt of the earth. But we knew all of that beforehand. The bed gave me a sore back, and the bathroom was very clean, but tiny and very inconvenient. We didn't know that beforehand. The toilet paper was excellent."

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good.
We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."

"I stayed here on the 28th-30th May for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding.
i would not recommend this hotel. The Pictures online are fantastic but the room was very much falling apart. the floor had big gaps in and bubbles it just needs a good refurb to be honest, the mirror on the walls arn't even attached properly. My wedding dress was filthy and i only walked from our room down in the lift to reception it was so bad. "
