"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape.
The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean.
I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience."

"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff.
Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! "We had the most wonderful stay.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"The location of the hotel was excellent for the train station and town centre
The room probably needs updating the bathroom especially had a noisy extractor fan and the bath was flimsy.

"The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived.
I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room.
I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...
