"Restaurant service was pathetic. It wasn’t busy yet we waited over an hour for our food and then some of our order was wrong.
Bad air conditioning and it was extremely hot weather so it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the room.

"Ricky on reception was so helpful.
I was so tired when I checked in, but he made the process easy.
Because I was a member of the IHG group, I was awarded a later check out time, which came in useful as I was racing at the Sports Village.
He also mentioned that instead of going in for breakfast, I could take breakfast a breakfast bag to go, which was very useful after my run."

"We like staying at Village, the staff here were really helpful and friendly. The pool and facilities were excellent and kept spotless. The food was good and served quickly by staff happy to go the extra mile.
Just small niggles prevented me from going 5star, a used towel left in my room, the sink plug didn't operate smoothly, the coffee machine wouldn't deliver coffee.
A real shame...even so we'll probably go back in the future."
