"Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again
They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later"

"Although the hotel is dated and there was only one socket (by the desk), the bathroom in my accessible room was the most comprehensive I've encountered. No less than 7 grab rails in all the right places! All the staff were a credit to Greene King. Well done"
