"Nice room and good facilities, very good location. Lovely views from the breakfast area. A minor issue (not the hotel's fault): access to parking in the adjacent public multistorey is not good - stairs only when the shopping mall is closed e.g. Sunday before 11am; and when it is open the lifts in the mall are inadequate for the number of people using them."

"Lovely big room , very clean with a large comfy bed. My only downside was the lighting in the rooms is very gloomy, not great for putting make up on! Bathroom lighting was bright but nowhere to put anything! Location of hotel is great, very central, short walk to Albert Dock. "

"We eere greeted with a very friendly welcome from Conny who checked us in. Going to the room the lifts and corridors were spotless and smelt so fresh! The room was a great size , very clean and the bed is the comfiest i have slept jn for a very long time ( im never comfy in hotel beds). The shower was great and the rolm had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if Inwas visiting the area."

"From check in to check out everything was great- reception staff friendly and helpful - my room was spacious - I liked the bathroom plenty of hot water and real fluffy towels , what I found particularly useful was a space in the bath/shower to put your shampoo etc- would have preferred a walk in shower though, everything was very clean.
