"On arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly, her direction about where the rooms were was very poor and despite going back to her, she did not bother to physically move to support. This is after she asked if it was the first time for us to stay in the hotel. I did not feel that it was necessary to pay £100 deposit for our stay. "Interior very different from other hotels"

"Room and bathroom were very clean. The only difficulty was communication on how to get into the building which required a code. "

"Stayed 3 nights and perfect location for visiting all of Liverpool’s historical sites. Easy to find and free parking a bonus. Staff were professional, approachable and engaging. Rooms spotless and beds so comfortable. Didn’t eat there so couldn’t comment on the food. Used the bar a couple of nights and it was great to sit in the outside area at the rear of the hotel overlooking the basin. Hairs on the floor ie blonde im dark haired very Noisy , loose toilet seat. & toilet holder which moved everytime you tried to take toilet roll off, shower started spraying out water at 1.15am in the morning Sticky table,My handbag stuck to it, ripped chair in the room aswell Room 305 Would i stay again NO Plus when you get to the hotel you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room thats after you have paid for the room"

"Brilliant place to stay with access to transport and all tourists attractions and shops. Directly opposite Albert Dock and the M&S Bank Arena. The apartments are setting up really well and have everything you could need for a short break. The breakfast service was also lovely and plentiful and the staff were lovely. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in the area."
