"Our room was clean, but the tv in the living wasn’t working and they didn’t leave any toiletries in the washroom such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc, i had to call them to provide us and fix the tv."

"My last time with this resort. We booked it mainly for Sphere. With 60+ per day resort fee and stayed three days, they don't want to give us two small bottles of water until we begged for it. For luggages, they labeled each small shopping bags as a item expecting tips. I understand tip is so important at Vegas. However, if I am not so welcomed, how will I give tips?"

"Room is good , but little outdated, location proximity is biggest benefit. Directions to rooms are confusing. Parking ticket payment is biggest issue, it never works and have to pay $25 despite having parking paid through room. Feels like it’s intentional and can be made easier."
