"We were there in summer and were underwhelmed by the location. The atmosphere was stunningly high-volume, impersonal. But, if you want in-and-out, sure. It's clean and paid parking works well enough. Staff seem to follow protocols, but the whole "Hi, guys" thing doesn't work well on 60-something-year-olds. ."

"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way. LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10...

"This is a hostel, not very well noted on the booking, no private washrooms and bath. Shared space line kitchen is pretty greasy every where. Found roach i. The room."

"The hotel (1 bedroom unit) was incredible. Super clean, modern yet felt like home. Furniture incredibly comfortable as was the bed. The towels and sheets all top level too. They have a shuttle that runs you to the center of town on the hour that was never too crowded that they couldn't accomodate. The views were stunning with a large balcony with seating overlooking lake tekaipu."
