"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Not enough hangers for clothes enough for a week’s stay. The room did not have lake views as we requested on booking."

"Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Good location, as you can easily walk to many restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Would be nice to have a shuttle to/from the airport provided by the hotel. "

"Parking was good but some clients do not follow instructions to always park in allocated places which can create hassles with you having to park in somebody else's spot. The wardrobe should have some more partitions for easy storage."
