"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"We were there in summer and were underwhelmed by the location. The atmosphere was stunningly high-volume, impersonal. But, if you want in-and-out, sure. It's clean and paid parking works well enough. Staff seem to follow protocols, but the whole "Hi, guys" thing doesn't work well on 60-something-year-olds. ."

The web description led us to believe that the amenities such as the oven would be in the room rather than in the shared kitchen. Prospective guests booking the deluxe queen or double should be made more aware that, although they will have an en-suite bathroom, it is very basic and there’s barely enough room to walk around the bed. It’s a hostel and we’ve aged-out of being comfortable with it. "

"Loved our two night stay in a one bedroom suite. It had all you could want and more including a washer /dryer. Great location! The centre of town was just a short down the very steep hill. Parking included and breakfast included was a bonus. One small suggestion. Peanut butter at breakfast please. "
