I was surprised the breakfast buffet isnt free for guest or Hilton/double reward members. The room wasn't stocked with toliet paper and towel only one roll. "I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They are highly unprofessional, treating guests as if they were criminals and the staff were the police. It felt like they were suspicious of everyone. The check-in process was painfully slow, with the staff constantly checking something and taking forever to issue room keys. No one smiled, and the atmosphere was extremely tense. Do not stay here if you're looking to enjoy your stay and have a good time....
