"Rooms were very dirty. Moisture on the ceiling. Floors sticky. Mold in the corners. Showers tiny and gross. The lobby feels like something out of a horror movie. Fitness room was legitimately empty. Bathrooms in the lobby closed for maintenance. Would not recommend ever!"

"Toilet seat unstable. No coffee maker. TV didn’t work that good. Splatter on the walls several areas. Stairwells had debris everywhere. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. No shampoo in the shower."

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"The rooms weren’t that cleaned and there front desk service is horrible. They cancelled 1 of our’s Group reservation with no notice and kept telling us there is a room
we will find for you. 3 hours waiting in the front desk area for nothing no such room at all and gave us millions of excuses. This weekend was an Ironman event so all hotels were booked so half of our team group had to drive back home and drive early in the morning for the event."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"We were visiting Rockford in June 2026 for my IronMan 70.3 triathlon event. Our group had little kids (age 7 & 4) and grandparents (70+).
Checkin was very smooth. I dont recall the name of staff member to give a shoutout, she was very nice.
The hotel is about a 20 min drive from the venue of IronMan start, but it's in an area with many other hotels and restaurants, so it was convenient from that perspective.
The hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, staff ever helpful.

"The smell from air freshener was overwhelmingly strong. We had to sleep with window open to be able to breathe. There were no towels in bedroom when we arrived. The staff did provide us with towels.
