"I was greeted by the check in person warmly. I asked for an early check in 1 1/2 hours prior to 3:00 pm check in and was told “no problem”.
The room was clean. I slept so well! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable.
I ordered food from the restaurant, which was good. A little pricey, but I was expecting that.
Best part, I was able to walk to my terminal. It took me 5 minutes to get to the United check in.
Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the red line and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was helpful - they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor due to the room temperature (it was over 90 degrees when we stayed there) and also lended us a phone charger. The hotel was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again."

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am).
My one and only complaint was that it would have been nice to have our breakfast included with the early check in since we paid...

"A lot of it was good, the rooms were very good. The AC was very good and the view from the bedroom. The only things I want to complain about is the expensive stuff and the TV in the bedroom not working/turning on. It costs a lot of money for car parking. The beds were one of the most comfortable stuff in the hotel."
