"What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits.
The sisters that own this home are terrific hosts. And not only do they care about their guests, they are also committed...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and comfortable. The property blends modern furnishings while maintaining its old charm well. It was kind of expensive, but I guess the market sets the rate."

"We arrived on Christmas and were upgraded to a 1BR unit. The apartment was spacious and clean. The amenities are very nice. The gym is well appointed with nice machines and there is also an area called The Study which would be a great conference/work space. We weren’t there long, just one night but would stay again. The interior of the historic Book Cadillac is beautiful. I’d come back if traveling to downtown Detroit. "
