"Room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was substantial for the property in my opinion. Very fresh and very filling. Parking seemed a bit high for the high. Maybe a bit more transparency about the(actual) cost of street parking. But otherwise I plan to stay again. It was a treasure discovered for sure."

"The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. "

"The price I saw online at Expedia.com was different than the price I paid. Had to pay $90 extra than the price I saw online, when I got to hotel. Not hotels fault, Expedia had the wrong price posted for the room!!"

"Very upscale hotel and room had a beautiful view of the Detroit River. Front desk allowed me to check-in early so that was nice of them. Housekeeping didn't clean on the weekend and I was told it was standard practice to save on resources. While I understand that and didn't need daily housekeeping, it would've been better if I was told that in advance (or if the room had a sign / card indicating that). Rooftop bar is also very nice and there's also a decent sized pool and gym in the basement."
