"What a cute cottage in the heart of hilo bay. Super clean, well taken care of and private. I never heard my neighbors talking or tv on. Only draw back was the check in process. I booked this stay last min coming from kona and it took me about 30 min to figure out that there was no front desk. You get a text or email with instructions on how to enter the unit. Housekeeping never came to my room to replace my towels even when i texted them that i needed towels. So i just grabbed towels myself...

"Nice spot for a night. Enjoyed the pool and paddle board. You need to carry it across the street and down to the entry area (and it may have wake so sitting or kneeling might be better than standing). This is more motel and basic accommodations, but the service is very friendly and each booking removes trash from the island and helps local organizations. Location is good especially if you have a car to explore around Hilo proper. You’re not far from the airport so you may occasionally hear...

"One of the best spot of sunset and all staff is very kind. Aroud Kona downtown, it's able to easily aceess anywhere.I'd enjoy yoga class too."

"This is a well-kept property and we had fun using the grill available. Everyone slept well. It’s a little far from tourist areas though. "

"Sunsets were spectacular from the pool. This property is so quiet, low key, small town just like us. The staff were beyond welcoming and amazing! Getting in to the main check-in through the gait was challenging initially. Our unit did not have a BBQ, which we missed; though it looks like most other units have one."

"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue).
