"Everything stood out,first of all the iconic hotel with a magazine named after it, use to read it and still do to stay in the know. The room i chose was small, but cozy and a nice viee of some of the city and skyscrapers. Nice front desk staff, jjust have them to cover their motuhs when yawning in public in front of hundreds of people. Otherwise, super clean, super quiet and close to everything. It may ne my go to on my visits back home. Grazie."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "The front desk staff was beyond courteous. I got there name in hopes they get recognition. Nicole,Chole, Anton, Kevin, Jackie. I had 3 small high energy boys and they were all so kind and helpful with getting them settled.
