"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. "This location is located steps away from the beach. They have plenty of amenities to include laundry soap, even a beach towel. The TV worked. The air conditioner was extremely cold. I did have to ask him to come and show me how to turn it down. The hot water did go out, but they came as soon as possible with maintenance to get it back up and running. "Room and hotel property are just fine to spend a day or short stay. I would not recommend it for longer stays. The location is great, close to the beach, but there is a taller building in front so the hotel doesn't have any beach views. There are washer and dryers outside in the hallway and it looks a little bit cluttered. The staff was very nice, but I would not recommend it. "
