"Good location "

"A marina view from our room was spectacular. The room was clean but very very basic. Our thermostat did not work. It was either on full blast cool no matter what temperature setting we chose or we turned off. Called the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Dining options are limited. It was a three star hotel."

"Elena at the parking garage entrance was amazing. My husband is disabled. Elena helped with an early check-in, she arranged help with our luggage and checked on us to be sure everything was going well. "

"We loved our stay however had a few issues. Huge crack in the tile as you entered the room. Not what you'd expect. Also paid a lot of $ for a check in at 4 and had to be out by 11 the next day. I was told that it was an extra $100 to have our check out moved to 2:00. I think that $100 may have turned into $300+ with extra taxes and fees but need to double check that. I just know that my checkout was $300+ "

"Lovely breakfast, plenty to chose from. Room clean with all you need, check-in OK, took a little while due to lots of people checking in. Only issue was with the restaurant, have to book and only 1 bar inside the restaurant & nowhere to sit if you just wanted a drink, would be nice if they had a bar & seating lounge on the ground floor."
