"This was my first stay at the property Hampton Inn and Suites and 57th Ave, I was totally impressed with the warm welcome of the staff. The property is well maintained and the parking lot is very well lit. I have been to Florida on business for the past 9 months and I have tried several properties near the airport and this has been my best experience!

"The front desk staff at check in was great. The bathroom was dingy, peeling, no hot water and the door for the bathroom locked and is broken. Grateful I wasn’t in the room alone or I would still be locked in there. I went to the gym and there were no Clorox wipes to wipe down the equipment. We went to get our complimentary drink and Alexis the bartender completed ignored us and just kept texting on his phone. The sad part about this is we were only in the hotel for 7 hours max."

"It was clean , my room was fine but i could hear people upstairs and on my floor so defiantly not sound proof, be aware that there are stairs not elevator .i didnt stay for buffet . There was a vending machine to buy cups of coffee and snacks,.there is a sports bar inside . I did look at the menu which was probably good for meat eaters . My room was clean other than the old carpet stains. Bathroom very clean too. It does need a facelift . I do rate it quite low as i have stayed elsewhere...

"Wonderful, excellent, quiet location, central to the Miami waterfront and South Miami. We enjoyed the valet parking although the cost was steep at $25-$35 per night. Wonderful quality coffee 24 hours a day breakfast was a little slim. Really enjoyed the location the most. Very quiet, leafy neighborhood close to Little Havana, felt very safe. No noise at night. Our room had a few of the Miami waterfront and they. Will come back here again when staying in Miami near downtown in the waterfront. ."

"Our stay was excellent from start to finish! We arrived a bit earlier than check in, with anticipation of just leaving our bags but we were pleasantly surprised that they informed us the rooms were ready!
Hotel is very clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff was very accommodating always asking if we needed help with anything and how our stay was going.
The kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly would definitely recommend!"

"My stay was terrible because I got in from a late flight around midnight, went to sleep at 2am and was awoken at 6:05am in the morning by a fire alarm that told us to evacuate our rooms so I had to go downstairs through a sketchy back corridor for a false fire alarm that went off for another 20 minutes. 4 hours of sleep doesn't work. Why was the fire alarm going off anyway?"
