"The outside bar that is advertised is "Under Maintenance" and looks like its been that way for years. The ONE ice machine on property, gave out about 10 ice cubes an hour. The room had no deadbolt. Cracked toilet seat cover. The rooms are due for major renovation. Front desk staff was great. During 3 night stay, the only housekeeping done was emptying the waste bin. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. "Queen deluxe was the perfect size. The kitchen is perfect. Has everything we needed. With 4 people having a table and chairs to sit at and have coffee is a must. The location is wonderful, a quick walk to beach. Lots of cute shops and cafés at every corner. And plenty of pools to choose from. We will definitely be back."

"Air conditioner was good. only one problem with the bathroom hot water came out of the cold water spout. when the technician came to see what we were saying he agreed and said the shower valve was broken and its connected to the sink if you leave the shower in the hot water mode it affects the sinks. I've neve seen a system like that before he repaired it and the issue was still present. You must remember to set the shower in the cold position after every shower . Go figure Atlantic please fix it and keep the plumbing simple. "
