"Gorgeous hotel. Staff was kind and accommodating but not overly in your face. I was in for work and didn’t have too much time to explore the property but did sit by the pool early and found it peaceful and pretty. Breakfast was lovely and overall look forward to returning. "

"When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working. The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly. My room (King bed with balcony) was clean and the hit water was quick in arriving for my showers. I had a question for the cleaning staff and they were extremely accommodating and handled it ASAP. The only reason I gave a 4 Star was because of the elevator. They did have three working elevators on the other side of the lobby, but the one that most new guests use the two closest to the lobby. I had a very positive stay and would stay there again without hesitation."

"Hotel close to the beach, but the beds are very small, barely fit 2 people. My wife has bug bed bite all over her legs. I read the reviews and someone else also have bug bed bite so look out. Don't Stay here. None of the USB charging are working. The Safe is not working. The Iron is not working. Only one elevator is working. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. They also charged $50 for checking in early."

"Elevator not working (only works sparodically as per the pizza delivery person), no toilet paper or hair dryer in the room (had to ask at front desk for these). Breakfast was pathetic (granola bar or a pre-packaged muffin). Evening staff was fantastic, daytime maintenance man was fantastic, morning desk clerk (heavy set man) was rude, grouchy and totally unhelpful. Floors looked nice but were dirty,"
