I’d like to provide some candid feedback on my check-in experience around 9 PM with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, it was not a positive interaction. When I asked about the higher incidental hold compared to other hotels, the staff member dismissively suggested that if I wanted a lower hold, I should go elsewhere. When I mentioned I’d report the interaction, she made it clear she didn’t care and even asked if I wanted her name, knowing she was the only one on duty.
This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior leaves a very poor impression of the hotel’s service. I’ll be sharing this experience with others so they know what to expect when it comes to customer service here. I hope this feedback helps improve guest experiences in the future.
