"Locations okay. It was nice only being a block off the beach.
The whole place itself is a little ran down. But it’s not in terrible condition.
The room I booked wasn’t the most clean. You can definitely tell the rooms only get a quick wipe down and linen change and never get a deep cleaning.
The front desk hours are very limited and I barely saw any staff on the property. BUT, when you message the property, they get back VERY quickly, willing to resolve any issue or question you may have....

"Our stay was overall okay. The staff was friendly and provided good service, which we appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed because there were private events scheduled on both days of our stay. During those times, we weren’t able to enjoy amenities like happy hour or the pool’s bar, which was a big part of why we chose this hotel. It was a decent experience, but we didn’t get to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer."

Close to the beach you can go behind the hotel and find the tiki bar at the b hotel next door and watch the cruise ships leave around 4. We think it’s awesome. Pool onsite balcony rooms

"We had an excellent stay and even held our wedding ceremony on the property- it was a beautiful location for photos! We dined at both on-site restaurants, and we were especially blown away by the food and service at MAASS. The caviar and chips were incredible, and we couldn’t get enough of the fresh tuna. Overall, both the service and food were outstanding, and we will definitely stay again."

"The room was not what i was expecting very small for the price being charged and on top of that there were cockroaches running in the room. Which already being disappointed that was a complete turnoff. It makes you think was it there the whole time we stayed or only today. Now i have to make sure i leave my luggage outside for a few days. When this was mentioned at the front desk at check out they just said okay will tell the managment that room should be cleaned better , they did not offer any...
