The word resort for this facility is an over statement. The facility consists of a 30'x30 artificial turf, a miniature golf, a ping pong table, a child size no view pool, and while charging $40 resort fee for their rooftop pool they charge for amenities including chairs, cabanas, umbrellas. They claim they have beach chairs by the beach. We went to the beach and were told by the attendants there that while they have an agreement to accommodate the Kimption's guest, but no chairs were available and we can right our names down in the waitinglist. surprisingly, when we offered to pay, suddenly chairs and a umbrella became available for $30. Our room was another story. It was located right in front of the a fenced area for bins and facing the workers' service door with plently of foot traffic and loud conversations. Behind the fenced area was the pool filter and pumps which was on at all times 24/7. There was so much noise pollution that we pretty much could not sleep. Inside the room was crammed up with two feet of hanging closet and NO drawers. The widow shads were down and the room was dark even during the day as being the corner unit on the first floor there was no privacy. We pulled up the window shades and all the windows were dirty and obstructed by heavy watermarks to a point of disgust. We have taken pictures that depict all that is being said. In all, this is a three star motel and not a RESORT. The photos they have posted on Expedia site are exaggerated and true.
