"I give this hotel 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool—perfect for relaxing. The bar staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight, with great service and a well-prepared selection. Overall, our entire stay was a pleasure and offered fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!"

"Room was used and nasty. Told the person at desk he came to see was I lying. Dirty water was in sink, bed had been slept in trash was on floor and shade was gone. It took him a long time to get us another room get to the room upstairs with my handicapped aunt the ice machines didn’t work only the one down stairs near the front room was not great but at this point it’s 3:30am we just want a few hours but they didn’t say sorry or accommodates us in any way I will never stay here again"

"The property needs a major overhaul, straight out of the sixties; our room smelled and inundated with ants. Climate control in our room was inoperable, and the keycard had to be renewed frequently. Small TV’s with limited channels, slow WiFi, desk only manned by two people during checkout. Not recommended, especially for this price point "

"Showerhead was not functioning correctly. Also, the temperature did not stay at the set temperature and kept shutting off throughout the night. "

"It was a beautiful hotel and staff was amazing but the fact there is no parking available and valet is $58 per night is kinda of crazy to me. Other than that it was a good experience. "
