"Great place to stay! The hotel was very nice, immaculate, rooms were nicely appointed, great location, and absolutely delicious breakfasts and wonderful wait staff. All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. "The most magical hotel i’ve ever stayed in. We got the canal suite and it was well worth the money, huge, stunning, the views of the canal were breathtaking and the suite was massive with historical charm! Only thing missing was robes in the room. 10/10 will be back!!!! "
