"Would came back to hotel"

"When I arrived they couldn' see my confirmation number. I had to wait for a bit until the manager suggested for the front desk person to just check me in a room, She stated she will fix it. I've never had this sort of problem while trying to check in. I'm not who's fault that was but its not a good feeling when everything is paid for."

"We've stayed at Glendale several times and it's always been a big bit with the family. It's close to universal that we continue to choose Glendale to stay. We miss the free ducks 😢 but it was easy to play for one. "

"I felt very safe staying by myself in this hotel. The room was also clean and neat. The lobby is beautiful as well as their rooftop. Personnel was nice, valet was easy to use and I was able to leave my bags at check out with ease to go eat in the surrounding area before leaving Los Angeles. Ultimately, I would recommend staying here."

"Good stay. The first room we were given was dirty and not in good repair. They gave us a second room on a higher, recently renovated floor that was great. Not sure why they didn’t offer the good room first, but they moved us when I pointed out the dripping shower etc. "
