I read a lot of bad comments about this place, but my three girls love it and me too. We didn’t have any issues with the room. Fair breakfast. I like it that they don’t charge for parking and they have a shuttle to take you Disney.

Rooms were ok. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was good, coffee was perfect! I just wish they would have started breakfast at 6 am. Place needs some TLC. But with the staff being wonderful & accommodating. It compensated for the place looking a little bit old. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

Staff was nice, rooms were clean, loved the breakfast buffet! The only thing was that we got to our room on the 3rd floor and the keys did not work it wouldn’t open our door , we tried both keys and so we had to go back down to let them know our keys were not working… which was kinda disappointing because we were already tired and wanted to get in and lay down…the girls up front fixed the issue right away! Other than that our stay was great!

Great area if you're visiting Disneyland. The building was ok if you just want to sleep in. It's definitely needs an upgrade, and most important is the wifi if you have kids, it never works with our phone. Staff and breakfast was great, no complain with that.

Friendly staff. Good option if you are on a budget. Pro’s were the continental breakfast, free Disneyland shuttle and free laundry detergent from the front desk. Con’s were that is was a very dated room with cracks on the ceiling and bathroom floor, and our toilet had low water pressure so we had to constantly flush multiple times. We spent most of the day at the park, so we didn’t mind the appearance.

I was expecting something better, the room was too smelly, I had to buy a spray to keep a good smell in the room, smells like humidity. The condition on the hallways, I feel that it could be better and the breakfast, It was the same thing every single day, scrambled eggs and bread, cereal or oatmeal just one day of the week that I was there they had sausages. Beside everything I had a good sleep, everyone was nice and I didn’t have any problems ☺️

Pretty nasty breakfast with extremely limited choices. The whole property is run down - paint peeling, cracks everywhere, weird smells. They just don’t seem to ever do maintenance. One of our 3 nights we didn’t have any housekeeping service for some reason. The staff was polite and helpful and we enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to Disney, the first one left the hotel at 7:30 AM and the last one left Disney at 11:30. The room was dirty, sheets and blankets weren’t very comfortable and very gray. Not soft at all. If you are on a tight budget and just need a bed this is a perfect hotel. Otherwise, stay far away

Breakfast was good, variety choices were fair. The hotel itself is really runned down once you pass the lobby. Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, bedroom had a burn from an iron on the floor. Did not feel clean! Room had a weird smell to it, and water was leaking from the window. For being a Wyndam hotel I was very disappointed. Staff was also not very friendly, no smiles or attempts to give good customer service.
