staff were great. pool is a great size. building is extremly outdated. In our room the floor standing lamp was broken, the black out curtains were damaged and one of the bed bases was damaged so the mattress fell through it. the split system had black mold in it and the bathroom had broken tiles and fixtures. the shuttle to disneyland only runs in the morning to take you there and after 7pm to bring you back. when i reported all the damage in the room there was no response to fix anything.
