"Waterpark was great for the kids. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from lukewarm to somewhat warm which was mildly infuriating. The sink temp stayed nice and hot though. There was one dead cockroach in front of the bed but we saw no live ones... Staff were friendly and helpful"

"Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure."

"I loved the look of the hotel and so did my kids, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The trolley to universal studios was a pleasant ride, The guy with a unique/ cool mustache played his awesome music and was so helpful. He assisted with taking our luggage to our room and was genuinely friendly and asked us about our trip. We will definitely be staying at the garland again. The pool and movie night was a plus. I do wish the hot tubs were bigger, I like the fact that they have...

"Love the bright and airy atrium design, with its Caribbean islands feel. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Had a brief sample of the buffet breakfast; there was a lot there I didn't get to sample. The pool is heated and there's a hot tub, which are both indoors. You're literally next door and across the street from the two nearest casinos; walking distance to all of them, and lots of restaurants, etc."

"Staff was great. Our room is another story. Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds; received 2 full beds. Window was broken, a light bulb went out and even after telling staff, bulb was not replaced. Refrigerator made so much noise that we had to unplug it. Shear curtains had several holes. Only the elevators in the lobby worked. When we checked in, they told us the place would be completely renovated by the end of the year but it seems guests between now and then are out of luck in the older rooms....
