We had an issue with a circuit going out and turning off our lights and the staff came within 10 minutes after we called and fixed the issue. "Loved my stay at Marakame. The room was big and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Housekeeping did a great job and everything was very clean. The front desk staff we are all incredible and super accommodating. I loved the pool and the hotel overall had a chill vibe. I also really liked the location as it was in a quiet area but not a far walk to everything. Would highly recommend. "
