Amazing property for vacation, the room came with full kitchen, don't expect all the utensils, is for VACATION just the essentials to have an amazing experience and the pool offered beautiful views, hopefully will visit again.

Property was very had everything we needed a block from malecón lots of options for dining and shopping had the DiDi app to get around saved lots of money very using taxis or local transportation the clerk at front were very helpful in great restaurants over great stay will stay again the location was very centric and safe

This wasn’t our first time staying at Casa Barros, and we really enjoy the location. It’s a beautiful building with excellent air conditioning and a lovely rooftop pool offering great views of the city. The hotel is conveniently close to Centro Histórico, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and key spots in Mazatlán. Plus, it’s just steps away from the beach with stunning views. Some of the staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Samantha and the cleaning team for making our stay very pleasant. The check-in process, however, could have been smoother. Since I booked through Expedia, there was some confusion about an outstanding balance, but after sending screenshots of my payment, the front desk was able to sort it out. We had originally booked a triple condo but were reassigned to a double and a single room due to electrical issues. Fortunately, the staff accommodated our request for an early check-in, which we appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. We came better prepared this time, as the property doesn’t offer room service or cleaning supplies during the stay. Overall, Casa Barros is a charming place in a perfect location. ideal for families who enjoy exploring Mazatlán’s culture, food, and beaches. We would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location! Can be loud depending on what is going on malecon. This is our second stay and we can get everywhere we want to go. My kids can walk around without us and feel safe. The pool is another bonus.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Mazatlán when is comes to location. Loved having a washer and dryer in my suite. The one draw back for some people, not myself, would be that it is on a busy street that can be noisy on weekends and holidays.

The property was enjoyable with a restaurant next door. We rented a studio that is owned by someone other than the property, but managed by Casa Barros. So, it was bare bones. Would have been nice to have paper towels, but more importantly, this studio needs a few lamps! Also, it would have been nice to have paperwork in English. The rooftop pool is fabulous at sunset! Great restaurants near by.

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the spacious and clean room. However, a few issues did arise during my visit. I experienced a lack of hot water in the shower, and the kitchen was somewhat under-equipped for cooking. Additionally, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay. On weekends, it can get quite noisy as well. That said, the location is fantastic, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. Getting around was simple, with plenty of options available including Uber. Overall, it's a great place with some room for improvement.

We love the staff here and the location is perfection-close to the beach and the historic zone. You can watch the best sunsets in Mazatlan here. There are many excellent restaurants in the area that appeal to a wide variety of tastes. Now for the downside. Olas Altas is very popular for ‘cruising’ on the weekends-Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings. The cruising makes it very noisy as the condos face what is considered the end of the drive and then vehicles either change direction at the traffic circle or drive further down the street that the condo is on before circling back. The vehicles are loud, the people are loud and the music is loud. If you are a light sleeper you will hate it here. Bring earplugs!

This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was walking through alone each evening. Some people may not be as comfortable with it. It's something you should consider.

My 4th stay at Casa Barros. There is one big negative but many positives. PROS: The rooms are big, clean and modern. Nice washer and dryer so can pack less. Very nice little kitchen with stove, refrig, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Plenty of hot water with great pressure. Very nice staff. CONS: Only one but a big one. It is on a busy street and it is noisy with many motorcycles and loud pulmonias blaring music, especially on weekends. Bring your earplugs, you will need them

We rented a 3 bedroom appartment. It was a good size and seemed clean. Receptionist was kind but nealry impossible to run into her at the front desk. Even calling was tough. First night we arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked, fortunatly someone was outside that was able to help us contact them so we could get in. Honestly i think had these ladies not been there we would have had to spend the night elsewhere or in our car. When i booked the hotel it said it was family freindly but i dont think id recommend family with small children staying here. It got really loud at night from music and parties. We got up at 6am tho and went for a walk and basically had the whole town to ourselves which was nice. The beach was close by, it was a beautiful little town but i think if we ever go again well be staying somewhere quieter and somehere we can actually get in after 4pm!

The space was nice. The beds were comfortable and the individual air conditioning in each room was wonderful. The center island of the kitchen was not clean at all. The floors were not very clean and the mirrors and windows of the patio were not clean. We could have used a few more towels, hand towels, and there were no washcloths provided at all. There were no kitchen towels or washrags. We had one small frying pan, but Yamile provided us with other small, frying pan, a pot, and a mixing bowl that we were very grateful for, but the kitchen should have had been better equipped in the first place. One of the biggest complaints is that there was no one in the reception area during the hours that were posted saying that there would be someone there. Entering through the parking lot seemed dangerous and anyone could have entered the condo at any time. We did have a wonderful time, thank you.
