"Man this place was cool, staff was awesome too, great view definitely a little hike up a hill but it’s not far from the station and the surrounding area is so beautiful it didn’t even matter, super close to that waterfall walkway thing which is awesome, it’s just a great area loved it, and the bathtub was awesome, I definitely wore my kimono wrong but the staff was so nice reguardless made me feel very nice. and the japanese experience is REAL here aswell"

Definitely avail for the free shuttle bus from Odawara station in Hakone to your hotel and back but make sure you do a reservation for this especially if you are traveling with luggage. "This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Such a relaxing experience! Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy! Had to pay for breakfast buffet but it’s okay because it was worth it in my opinion. We had a private onsen with a beautiful view of the rivers and the mountains. The staff were incredible as well. Oh! And they provided shuttle buses to and from Odawara station. You also have the option to use their shuttle service to and from Gora station which was super convenient. I wish we stayed longer tbh! Highly recommend!"
