"First time ever staying in England from Canada. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. The food at the Pub was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be staying again :)!"

"Rooms were nice. Generally clean, few areas needed improvement but didn’t affect our stay. Slept well, beds comfy and nice quality linen. Quieter than I was expecting as we are above a pub, no noise at all. Good range of toiletries, tv and fridge which was a bonus. Would stay again. "

"Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. "

"Comfortable stay. A little noisy early morning with staff from the kitchen downstairs. Food was excellent in the bar area and fridge items with breakfast all good quality. I would I stay again. "

"Trevlig pub med hotelldel. Rummet fräscht och nymålat, rent och möjlighet att göra kaffe/te. Charmigt ställe. Vänlig personal. Hotellet är inget för rörelsehindrade eller personer som eftersträvar högsta bekvämlighet - däremot kan det rekommenderas till personer som söker ett genuint brittiskt ställe med karaktär."

"Extremely friendly staff great service. Very noisy road outside but they do provide ear plugs. Shower cubicle needs updating quite a bit of mould in the shower area. Overall an enjoyable stay"

"Little place to stay. Good location to reach Box hill and Dorking. Friendly staff, locals are dining. Standard room (Epsom) has view to the roofs/inner yard/other houses, so I suggest to get better room for the view to the church. Default selection for Breakfasts. "
