"Had no light bulbs and no shower gel, made reception aware. Only offered us a late check out which we couldn’t use as we needed to leave before original check out time. Didn’t really help or accommodate for the lack of lighting & soap. I’d stay here again though. "

"Great hotel, short walk to wembley. We had a road facing room, nice little balcony, hardly any noise from the road. Everything was clean. Tea selection in the room was really good. There is a £50 deposit which is taken on check in and returned the same day you check out. "

"The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status. The hotel is going thru some cost savings measure as it is pretty apparent. Stayed in the hotel every year for the past 4 years and must say this year is the most disappointed"
