"Peaceful and comfortable. Never heard a single plane from in our room despite being at a busy airport terminal. Would not know you were at an airport from inside the hotel. Ideally located with very easy access to terminal and associated ground transport, such as rail and underground lines."

"We stayed 1 overnight arriving in the UK and 1 just prior to leaving. This hotel is very accessible by walking through a covered walkway from Heathrow Terminal 4 in about 5 minutes. The rooms were very clean, the staff excellent and the breakfast is great and has virtually anything you would want. The only reason its not scored 5 throughout is that it is a very busy hotel that has a lot of traffic and is in need of some updating. For example the booth seats in the restaurant have become worn and cracked. If using Terminal 4 again, will certainly stay in the Hilton."

"Surprisingly comfortable hotel, especially the bed. I was therefore just 8 hours, so ate or drank nothing. But as someone who was once responsible for Hyatt International's training worldwide (20 years in the company), I could not fault my experience. A shame that no one picked up on this fact which I shared in my email to reservations. Not that I wanted an upgrade, but an acknowledgement would have turned an OK stay into something personal. I was just another number. Politely and efficiently handled, yes, but nothing that couldn't have been handled just as well by a robot without a name."

"Great airport hotel! I’d stay again! Ibis works really well for overnight transit at LHR - great value for money. Comfortable bed, decent shower, good-sized and quiet room, clean property. A good set-up for late functioning restaurant. Very easy to get to from the airport. A 5 minute uber ($35) or free 15+ minute public bus including walking. Just take lift down from terminal to bus central and it’s one stop away. Bus stop is right in front of hotel and bus is fairly easy to board with luggage (no steps). Bus stop back is right across street but have to walk on uneven brick sidewalk about 3 minutes."
