"Hotel is older but clean. AC unit rattles and is loud but works. Breakfast could be better for the price of stay. Cold eggs and barely warm sausage links. For the price the breakfast could’ve been better. "

"i arrived very late after my flight got in to sfo. the drive to moss landing was easy and the hotel was right off highway 1. it was nicely lit up and my key was waiting for me in the lockbox. the communication with the management made for smooth entry. my room was warm as they had turned on the heat for me and the reception area had self serve hot tea and any snacks you could think of if you arrive with a bit of an appetite. the room was clean and the bed and linens were very comfy. so quiet! ...

"I enjoyed the view. The receptionist was very friendly. The house was amazing. I did not like the bracelet we had to wear it made me feel out of placed. A lot of people didn’t have bracelet i understand they live there or own it. The people with no bracelets were not as friendly. There needs a better way"

"Our stay was perfect for our family. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall enjoyed our stay and the room accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Lots of room for all of us. "

"The resort and room looked better in person than it did in any of the pictures online. The only reason I didn't not give this review 5 stars is because the front desk girl could not tell us much about places to eat, see, or even where to park in Carmel. She told us she was born and raised in Carmel Valley and didn't know much about anything outside of that...we were a little disappointed!"
